We make every attempt to respond to messages within 48-72 business hours, but matters which require input from our clinical team may take longer. Please note that messages are checked Monday-Thursday.  Messages are not checked on Fridays, the weekends or holidays.

Secure messaging is not an appropriate means of communication regarding emergency or other time-sensitive issues. In the event of an emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room. Any urgent needs should be addressed by going to urgent care or your primary care physician.
